There’re a few dumbbells as well as an adjustable bench.

There’s also a multi-gym making it possible to do leg extensions, chest flys and lat pull-downs.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and a treadmill.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

I had to bring the towel from my room and there’s no water in the hotel gym either – but you can get tap water from the dressing room if you want.

The treadmill was broken and the hotel gym itself very dirty with dust – maybe because it’s partially outside and maybe because not so many people use it?

The hotel gym is open from 6:30am to 10pm.

Besides the hotel gym, there’s an outside fitness trail.
