Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs, kettlebells go up to 26 lbs/12 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches to work with.

There’s a Smith machine and a dual cable machine.

There’s also a number of pin-operated machines such as seated leg-press, lat pull-down, chest press and chest fly.

There’s even a captain’s chair and a back extensions bench.

As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and two spinning-like bikes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.

It’s spacious, well-lit and well-equipped! However, it could’ve been nice with more handles for the cable machine and a bench press/squat rack setup.

The cardio section is overlooking a fairly big indoor pool and there’s a spacious area dedicated to yoga/stretching and floor exercises.

At the time of my visit which was early in the morning, I didn’t see any complimentary towels or water. Maybe it’s available at the front desk just outside the hotel gym which wasn’t staffed when I was there?
