Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs, kettlebells up to 35 lbs/16 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.

There’s also a dual cable machine.

As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.

Accessories covered three foam rollers, two exercise balls, medicine balls (up to 12 lbs/5 kgs), two exercise mats and a Bosu ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I appreciated the storage area for the accessories and it was nice that the equipment was new.

Besides towels, disinfectant wipes are provided as well.
