Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’s a lying legs curl and seated leg extension machine.
There’s also a four-sided cable tower allowing for different exercises – for example, triceps push-downs, biceps curls, seated rows, lat pull-downs, etc.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and two stationary bikes.
