Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench, a flat bench and a decline bench to work with.

There’s a wide range of pin-operated machines: Hip abductors and adductors, leg extensions, leg curls, chest presses, rear delt/chest flys, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs and (assisted) chin-ups.

There’s also a Smith machine and a decline leg press machine – both with plenty of weight plates. There’s also a dual cable machine with a lot of different attachments.

Finally, there’s a bench for back extensions and a Captain’s chair for leg raises, dips, etc.

With six treadmills, six cross-trainers, three stationary bikes and two rowing machines, the cardio section is pretty extensive.

Accessories include a Bosu ball, exercise balls, exercise mats, foam rollers, yoga blocks and ab wheels.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 – you just need your room card to access.

The hotel gym is spacious, everything’s clean and there’s loads of equipment.

It would’ve been nice with a squat rack/bench press setup and another rope attachment for the cable machine, but the current setup is surely far above the average hotel gym!
