The cardio section covers bikes, cross-trainers and treadmills.
Machine-wise there’s a leg-press, leg extensions/curls, lateral pull-downs, shoulder presses as well as chest presses.
Benches allow you to do flat, incline or decline exercises with a fair selection of dumbbells with the heaviest set being 50 lbs/22 kgs.
There’re also exercise balls and a “machine” for leg-raises.

The equipment was new and the hotel gym itself nice and clean.
Opening hours are from 6am to 8pm.
