Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches as well – including the decline version.

There’s also a dual cable machine, but the selection of handles is quite poor and the resistance of each “tower” doesn’t seem to go higher than 55 lbs/25 kgs!?

As for pin-operated machines, there’s a leg curl, leg extension, lat-pull down, chest press, shoulder press and chest fly/rear delt fly option.

As for cardio, there’re seven treadmills, two cross-trainers and two stationary bikes.

Accessories include exercise mats, exercise balls, slam balls, medicine balls, skipping ropes and foam rollers.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Opening hours are 24/7 via your room card.

The hotel gym is very spacious and the equipment and the facility itself seem new, clean and well maintained.

I was somewhat disappointed that the range of dumbbells ended at 50 lbs/22 kgs, but then again, it’s pretty basic for hotel gyms. However, the cable machine should’ve had a bigger selection of handles! It would’ve been nice with a squat rack/bench press setup, but then again, it’s a hotel gym.

I most likely will – although the range of equipment didn’t really meet my expectations…
