The hotel gym offers a wide range of dumbbells going up to 50kg – probably the highest I’ve ever seen at a hotel gym.
If you prefer working out with barbells, there’re a handful of option including a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates to secure even a heavy workout.
Finally, there’re different weight based machines as well as a cable machine.
In terms of cardio there are 8 thread mills, 2 rowing machines, a few cross trainers and stair climbers and a handful of bikes leawving you with several options in case you want to build up a nice sweat.

If you’ve forgot your headphones, there’re headphones which you can use (for the cardio equipment) free of charge.
