Dumbbells range from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.

There’s a dual cable machine and a TRX setup.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a stair-climber, three cross-trainers, five treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Accessories include exercise balls, medicine balls, foam rollers and a Bosu ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym was small, yet clean with all necessary equipment.

There’re three large flat screen TVs on the walls.

They offer bottled water, accessible in refrigerator, or filtered water to fill up personal water bottle. The towel steamer was a nice addition.

There’s an amazing indoor and outdoor pool option as well.

The 24/7 access was an added bonus for my late-night arrival and early morning business meetings.
