There’s a cable machine with a fair selection of handles. They also have dumbbells – up to 75 lbs/34 kgs – and three adjustable benches including a decline option.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers, a stationary bike and two spinning bikes.
There’s an exercise ball, medicine balls and a back extension bench as well.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
It’s recently remodeled and they did a nice job with the decor and equipment upgrades. One 40 lbs/18 kgs dumbbell was missing, but the front desk said they’d ordered a replacement and were just waiting for it to arrive.

Yes. I always appreciate a cable machine and having heavy dumbbells available is awesome!
