Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a spinning-like bike.

Accessories include an exercise ball, foam rollers, an exercise mat and medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I made good use of their dumbbell set as well as the treadmill.

The area was also neat and clean!

Since access to the hotel gym is granted via your room key, I reckon opening hours are 24/7.

This little hotel gym had everything I needed to get a few basic workouts in while on vacation.

Yes, I’d stay there again because the entire experience was good and the hotel gym was adequate.
