They have dumbbells – possibly up to 50 lbs/22 kgs – and a pair of adjustable benches. There’s also a dual cable machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re five treadmills, a Peloton bike, three stationary bikes, three cross-trainers and a rowing machine (with a broken foot strap).
They also had an exercise ball and slam balls.

It’s a nice, clean hotel gym with a lot of cardio options, but not weight resistance options. However, it’s still possible to do a little pump session.
I was disappointed to see that they didn’t have any box for box jumps, but excited to see they had a Peloton bike!
Opening hours were 24/7.
