Equipment
Both dumbbells and kettlebells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches as well.
There’s also a Captain’s chair and a dual cable machine with a nice selection of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two Peloton bikes, two treadmills, two cross-trainers and a rowing machine.
Accessories cover medicine balls, exercise balls and exercise mats.

The hotel gym and its equipment seemed quite new.
It was just me in there which was really nice to not have to work in during other people’s sets for once to get my workout done.
It’s not a huge hotel gym, but very functional to get a good sweat.
Only thing that would’ve been nice is newer mats for core work.
Opening hours are 24/7.
