They have plenty of dumbbells and adjustable benches.

There’s also a huge selection of pin-operated machines – for example, les presses, leg curls, leg extensions, leg kickbacks, ab crunches, abductors and adductors.

There’s even a Smith machine, two flat barbell bench press setups and a dual cable machine with an extra tower making it possible to do lat-pull downs and seated rows, for example.

There’s a huge cardio area with tons of cross-trainers, spinning bikes, treadmills, stationary bikes and even a stair-master.

Accessories cover exercise balls, Bosu balls, medicine balls, exercise mats and step benches. There’s also a section with a punching bag, battle ropes and kettlebells.

I was happy to see all the weight equipment because I thought it was only cardio before I realized there was a second level.
