Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
Strength training machines include a chest press, shoulder press, lat pull-down and seated leg press machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a spinning bike, a stationary bike, three treadmills and two cross-trainers. However, one of the cross-trainers were broken.
Accessories cover medicine balls with handles – from 4 to 12 lbs/2 to 5,5 kgs, an exercise mat, three exercise balls and three foam rollers.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
I really liked that the hotel gym had complimentary towels and a water hydration machine and I was most impressed by the variety of kettlebells with handles.
It was disappointing that although they had cross-trainers, one wasn’t working.
