They’ve dumbbells ranging from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches too.
There’s also an awesome cable machine with loads of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
They had exercise balls, medicine balls and exercise mats as well.

The hotel gym is nice and clean and equipment is in very good condition.
Opening hours are 24/7.
I could’ve used wipes and a sanitizer spray big time – the available wipes were all dried up.
However, I was happy to see they had a cable machine, adjustable benches and a very spacious area for doing more movement like HIIT.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
