If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, you’ll find a lot of machines: leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, shoulder presses, chest presses, ab crunches, a cable tower and a cable machine. There’s even a Smith machine as well as a huge selection of dumbbells along with different (adjustable) benches.
