As for cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, a treadmill, a stationary bike and a Peloton bike.
Accessories include Bosu balls, exercise balls, exercise mats and slam balls.

The space is small, but well utilized.
The equipment is laid out in the most efficient way possible and is clean and maintained.
They offer two benches, which always will score points with me.
