Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22kgs and there’re two adjustable benches as well.
There’s also a dual cable machine with a nice selection of attachments.
There’s also a stretching bench/machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, three cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and a Peloton bike.
Accessories cover exercise balls and medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s a fairly small hotel gym. However, I was happy to see they had a relatively wide range of dumbbells.
Opening hours are from 6am to midnight.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure – it’s small but got the job done!
