There’re a lot of pin-operated machines – for example, leg curls and leg extensions, seated rows, chest presses, lat pull-downs and leg presses.
There’s also a cable machine, a pull up/dip tower, a Smith machine and even a squat rack.
They have dumbbells (up to 55 lbs/25 kgs) and adjustable benches (including the decline version) and there’re exercise balls, medicine balls and kettlebells too.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re stair-masters, cross-trainers, rowing machines, treadmills, stationary bikes as well as spinning bikes – and plenty of each!

The facility is very clean and equipment mostly new with a great variety.
