Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
Cardio-wise, there’s a Peloton bike, four treadmills and two cross-trainers.
Accessories cover medicine balls, an exercise ball and an exercise mat.

The hotel gym is very spacious and will accommodate many people comfortably.
The machines and dumbbells are all well-maintained.
It would be nice to have two benches, currently, there’s only one. It was nice to see they had a cable machine, which is always a nice addition to a hotel gym.
The hotel has an excellent location if you want to access the north of Houston as well as the Woodlands area.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
