Dumbbells range from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches.

There’s also a dual cable machine with a nice range of handles.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re four treadmills, four cross-trainers and two Peloton bikes.

Accessories include medicine balls and an exercise ball.

This hotel gym is located in a Hilton Garden Inn and a Homewood Suites facility which are connected by a lower-level floor that offers an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a large hotel gym!

There’re large glass windows and a door which enters into a big open space.

I thoroughly enjoyed the amount of floor space with extra-large mirrors for intense cardio session with my husband! Took full advantage of the towel and water station!
