Dumbbells go up to 55 lbs/25 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’s also a dual cable machine, but the selection of handles is very limited.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a spinning-like bike, a stationary bike and a cross-trainer.
Accessories cover medicine balls, exercise balls and an exercise mat.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 – easily accessed using your room card – which is always positive.
However, it was quite disappointing to see that equipment was rather limited. Logging a solid workout is not impossible, but the options are limited. There’s space enough to install a bench press and/or a squat rack. Finally, when you invest in a dual cable machine, you should make sure to secure a solid range of handles as well! In this case, they only had two D handles and the wide bar.
