Cardio-wise there’re two cross-trainers, two treadmills and a stationary bike,
There’s solid range of dumbbells (from 1 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs) and an adjustable bench. There’s also a cable machine.
The hotel gym also offered mats, exercise balls and medicine balls.

The hotel gym was somewhat small, but well appointed.
However, with a tile floor, I was happy to find comfy yoga mats which helped me stretch after a long flight!
I wish they’d had more accessories for the cable machine.
Normally, the hotel gym is open 24/7. However, due to COVID-19 circumstance, it’s 7am to 12pm.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
