In terms of cardio equipment, treadmills, bikes and a lonely cross-trainer does the job. However, dumbbells don’t go any higher than 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re no barbells, possibilities are somewhat limited.

There’s a “multi-gym” in the middle of the room, but since it’s somewhat worn out, it doesn’t really add any real value.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

There’s a 24 hour access to the hotel gym via the room key.

There’s a really nice roof-top pool.

Maybe – the hotel gym was a little disappointing, I would’ve expected more from a hotel carrying the Hilton name, so I might look for other options to begin with.
