Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a cable machine and a solid range of pin-operated machines – for example, ab crunches, chest flys, chest presses, lat pull-downs, leg presses and leg curls/extensions.
There’s also a back extension bench.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, three stationary bikes, a Peloton bike and five treadmills.
As for accessories, there’re exercise mats, an exercise ball and a Bosu ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I was happy to see they had a leg press machine and a cable machine.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
It’s a nice hotel gym, but I wouldn’t stay there just for that.
