Dumbbells range from 5 lbs/2 kgs to 30 lbs/13 kgs, kettlebells from 8 lbs/3 kgs to 20 lbs/9 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well. Medicine balls range from 2 lbs/1 kgs to 10 lbs/4,5 kgs.

There’s also a cable machine.

Cardio machines include three treadmills, two cross-trainers and one stationary bike.

Accessories include a resistance band, foam tollers, workout mats, yoga mats and equipment to help visitors stretch after their workout is over.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

It’s an impressive hotel gym which is open 24 hours a day.

I liked that it’s well organized and that the equipment was grouped nicely.

I really appreciated there being a water cooler, hand sanitizer, complementary towels, tissue, and disinfectant wipes available inside the hotel gym.

Interesting note: on the door to the hotel gym, there’s a sign stating that the hotel gym is monitored by security cameras.
