There’re dumbbells – up to 50 lbs/22 kgs – and an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a stationary bike, two treadmills and a cross-trainer.
As for accessories, there were exercise mats, an exercise ball and a foam roller.

There were towels when I came in the afternoon but they hadn’t been replenished when I returned in the morning.
The hotel gym was clean. Although, machines were older, they seemed well maintained.
Overall, the hotel gym had the basic necessities but maybe a cable machine would be a nice addition.
Opening hours were 24/7.
There’s also an indoor pool.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure – it wasn’t the worst, but not the best either.
