Dumbbells range from 5 lbs/2 kgs to 40 lbs/18 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench to work with although it’s fairly worn out.
Besides this, there’s just a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and a treadmill.

This hotel gym is tiny, but two of us made it work by one doing cardio and the other doing dumbbell work.
The water was cold, but the towels were dirty…
I only used the gym once because I went outside the other days.

No, I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the hotel gym, but I made the best of it.
