Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

There’s also a multi-gym making it possible to do lat-pull-downs, leg extensions, chest presses, biceps curls, triceps push-downs, leg raises, dips, etc.

As for cardio, there’s a stationary bike, a treadmill and a cross-trainer.

Accessories include elastic bands, exercise mats, a Bosu ball, an exercise ball and a scale.

This hotel gym was unique for sure!

It’s open 24 hours and consisted of two separate rooms: One more cardio based with dumbbells and accessories; the other room had a multi-gym with several attachments and options. There’re several heavier dumbbells in this room too.

Although very small, both rooms were clean and tidy.
