Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two benches as well – including a decline option.

There’s a pretty cool dual cable machine with adjustable arms and a combine leg extensions and leg curls machine.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, two treadmills and a stationary bike.

Accessories include medicine balls, exercise mats and an exercise ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Opening hours are 24/7.

The hotel gym was clean, had a nice space to do some body weight exercises and benches were in good shape.

Yes, even though I didn’t use a lot of the equipment, it’s a nice hotel gym that I would absolutely come back to again.
