In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, two cross-trainers and two spinning bikes.

Pin-operated machines include leg-extensions, kick-backs, lat pull-downs, shoulder-presses, back extensions and seated rows. There’s also a cable machine and a Smith machine with up to around 154 lbs/70kgs of plates.

Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re a pair of adjustable benches as well as exercise mats, an abs crunch machine and a bench for sit-ups.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Not sure.

This hotel has a relatively large hotel gym equipped with a range of weight machines, cardio machines and free weights. The equipment is old but it is mostly in good, working condition. However, I noticed that one of the cable machines was broken.

The hotel gym wasn’t open during my visit (due to the COVID-19 situation) so I didn’t get a chance actually use the hotel gym. As a result, this review is purely based visual aspects on the hotel gym.

There’s good lighting as well as air-conditioning and the equipment appears clean.
