Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, a treadmill, a cross-trainer and even a Peloton bike.

Accessories cover medicine balls and an exercise ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

The hotel gym is open 24 hours as per sign on the door.

I was happy to see dumbbells and a bench because those aren’t always available at hotel gyms.

The equipment is in good condition.

The gym was clean, but pretty sparsely equipped. Still, I’ve been to hotel gyms that had no free weights or a bench, so this wasn’t too bad.

There is a full set of dumbbells, but only one bench. I was by myself for the first 20 minutes, but 3 other people showed up after that. It was a little stressful because I needed the bench for my whole workout, but fortunately the other folks stayed on cardio machines until I was done, but this could’ve been an issue since I was in a bit of a hurry to get my workout done.

Not sure. There’re so many hotels in Orlando though, that I’d likely try to find one with a better hotel gym in the future, but this one did prove adequate for me.
