Dumbbells go up to 22 lbs/10 kgs and there’s a flat bench to work with.

There’s also a multi-gym machine making it possible to do exercises such as lat pull-downs, leg extensions, chest presses and rear delt flys.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills and two stationary bikes.

Accessories cover an exercise mat, exercise ball and two foam rollers.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

They equipment is “meh” at best – you’re definitively not going to get a stellar heavy lift.

The available space is small, but doable.

The hotel gym is somewhat clean – it’s not dirty, just not immaculate.

Opening hours are from 9am to 10pm.

There’re not towels available – but paper tissue.
