Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
Besides this, there’re only two treadmills and two stationary bikes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

Everything looked new and clean and the hotel gym is airconditioned.
It would’ve been nice if there’d been a back extension bench and a cable machine, but the space is limited, so I’m not sure how it would fit.
On the plus side, there’s a 24/7 vending machine offering ice cream, coffee, tea and drinks including alcohol. However, the hotel offers free hot drinks and cold water on the ground floor. There’s an onsen (Japanese bath house) on the same floor as the hotel gym.
I also wish the opening hours of the hotel gym were 24/7 – it’s open from 6am to midnight. If I get back to the hotel late or can’t sleep, it would still be nice to use the hotel gym after midnight.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure – because of the limited opening hours.
