Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and barbells up to 44 lbs/20 kgs. There’re three adjustable benches – including a decline option.

There’s also a dual cable machine with a straight bar handle, a rope and a few D handles.

There’re several pin-operated machines: leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, shoulder presses, chest presses and lat pull-downs.

As for cardio equipment, there’re four stationary bikes, six treadmills and five cross-trainers.

Accessories include exercise mats and medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

As far as I recall, the opening hours are from 6am until 10pm or 11pm. However, wanting a somewhat earlier start, I got there at 5:45am and everything was wide open.

There’s a pretty big indoor pool next to the hotel gym – you’ll have a full view of it when using one of the cardio machines.

It’s always nice when there’s a cable machine in the hotel gym. However, I was somewhat disappointed in the limited number of different handles available.

Yes, I think so. It’s not the best hotel gym ever, but it’s surely above average and there’s enough equipment to lock a solid workout.
