In terms of weight-based training, there’re options allowing for lat pull-downs, chest presses and seated rows.
There’s even a Smith machine and a cable machine with a couple of attachments and a pull-up/chin-up bar.
Dumbbells range well over 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches to work with.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, two cross-trainers and three treadmills.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open from 9am to 7pm. It’s part of the spa, at the bottom of the resort, before the beach.
I really liked it because you can never expect a full set of equipment in a hotel gym, but this one actually had quite heavy dumbbells, although missing a few in-between numbers here and there.
It would’ve been nice if there’d been exercise mats for ab exercises or stretching.
