Dumbbells go up to 20 lbs/10 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench.
There’s also a cable machine although it had very few attachments.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill and a step machine.
Accessories cover an exercise mat and medicine balls.

This hotel gym was just what you’d expect at an airport hotel by Wyndham. It’s small, basic and minimal. It’s nothing fancy, but doable.
It’s clean but could use a little more space. If there were two people in there it would feel crowded. Overall, I’d give it a C.
