Dumbbells and kettlebells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

There’s also a dual cable machine and a leg extensions machine.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, two treadmills, two stationary bikes and a rowing machine.

Accessories include a pair of exercise balls, elastic bands, a Bosu ball, yoga blocks, medicine balls, slam balls, a foam roller and even an ab wheel.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

It’s a beautiful hotel with an elegant spa that has an adjoining small but compact hotel gym. Generally, the space could’ve been used better.

Limited weights and machines but enough to do a decent workout whilst in holiday or work – condition of workout equipment was good, some wear but nothing detrimental.

It would’ve been nice if they’d had dumbbells heavier than 44 lbs/20 kgs and another bench – they only had one.
