Dumbbells go up to 75lbs/34 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches to work with.
There’s a dual cable machine, a Smith machine, a chest press machine and a lat pull-down machine as well.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re around 10 treadmills, a spinning bike, four cross-trainers, four stationary bikes and two stair-masters.

The main cardio section is overlooking the outdoor pool area.
I was happy to see they had a cable machine and a Smith machine. I wasn’t disappointed in any way – they had plenty of great equipment.

Yes! If I’d live closer, I’d ask if they’d allow a membership!
