Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches.

There’s a cable machine as well as machines covering leg extensions and leg curls.

There’s a handful of treadmills and a pair of stationary bikes and a pair of cross-trainers as well.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It would’ve been nice if they’d had exercise mats and exercise balls.

There’s a limit of five people in the hotel gym at a time – access is granted via a key from the front desk which has to be returned after use.

It’s a spa as well offering facials and body treatments.

Yes, for a short stop-over hotel, I’d say it’s a decent hotel gym for a quick workout.
