Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s a dual cable machine and an incline leg press machine.
Finally, there’s an old-school multi gym allowing for exercise like seated rows, leg extensions and chest presses.
As for cardio, there’re three treadmills, two spinning-like bikes and a cross-trainer.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

I was positively surprised to see they had a dual cable machine. However, since there was only one D handle, the excitement quickly vanished into this air. In addition, the cable didn’t seem to run smoothly either.
To be honest, the multi-gym was rather useless – it’s usually very poor quality and this was no exemption.
I only used the cross-trainer – or actually tried to use it since I never managed to get it to turn on…
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No, it’s not very likely! The hotel gym is simply too under equipped.
