Dumbbells go up to 22 lbs/10 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.

There’s also a multi-gym machine allowing for some weight-based exercises like chest flys, leg extensions, biceps curls, etc.

There’s also a cable machine where you could do lat pull-downs, rear delt flys, triceps extensions, etc.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, two cross-trainers and two treadmills.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I’m not sure about the opening hours, but you access the hotel gym using your key card, so I guess it’s 24/7. The only door they lock is the door to the sauna, which is only open from 6pm to 10pm.

It’s a clean and cozy hotel gym which is well-equipped with cardio machines, but dumbbells only go up to 22 lbs/10kgs. The multi-gym machine in the corner and the cable machine kind of make up for the last of heavy free weights.

Yes, I’d stay there again for the sauna, which was lush, but not because of the hotel gym itself.
