There’re dumbbells and kettlebells as well as adjustable benches.
As for cardio, there’s a treadmill, two spinning bikes and a cross-trainer.
There’s a punching bag and gloves which if different from other hotel gyms I’ve been to.
They also had weighted bags for squats/lunges.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and tends to be busier in the mornings.
Everything was clean and in working order. They had cleaning supplies for the equipment.
I was happy to see they had the adjustable benches.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, but to be honest the hotel is located near my office. I’d be planning different workouts now I know what the hotel gym has to offer.
