Equipment
Treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes make up a rather decent cardio area. There’s also a Peloton bike!
There’re dumbbells up to 44 lbs/20 kgs, kettlebells and an adjustable bench including exercise balls if you’re looking for a weight-based workout.
There’s even an Echelon Reflect screen if you’re in the mood for an interactive yoga, Pilates or boxing workout.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Not sure.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Equipment is decent.
Lack of towels may be due to the Covid-19 situation.
I was there on a Sunday so it’s not quite as clean as I would hope a hotel gym to be but perhaps they are down staffed.
Being in Miami, I’m only going to use the weights and do my cardio outside as there is no view in the hotel gym.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
