There’s a nice selection of kettlebells, dumbbells go up to 75 lbs/34 kgs and barbells go up to 110 lbs/50 kgs and there’re plenty of benches as well.

There’s a ton of pin-operated machines – for example, seated rows, chest presses, biceps curls, back extensions, leg curls, leg extensions, seated leg presses and lat pull-downs.

There’s even a Smith machine and a dual cable machine as well.

The cardio section was crazy with loads of treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes!

Does the gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The “hotel” gym was a bit crowded – a few freaks worked out at 6:15am like me, but it’s still possible to find a perfect time and have the awesome facility to yourself.

The facility is open from 6am to 11pm.

It’s a fabulous gym – very well equipped. It’s better than some regular onshore hotel gyms I’ve seen.

I was happy to see all the weight-based machines!

Yes, absolutely! It’s a unique experience to press dumbbells on a moving ship!
