Dumbbells go up to 62 lbs/28 kgs and there’re several different benches to work with. They have barbells and kettlebells too.

There’s a wide range of pin-operated machines – for example, seated leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions and ab crunches. There’s also a dual cable machine with a nice selection of handles, a Smith machine and even an incline, decline and flat bench press setup.

As for cardio equipment, there’re six treadmills, three cross-trainers, a rowing machine, three stationary bikes and a step machine.

It’s a spacious hotel gym with loads of equipment.

They have yoga and boxing classes.

Opening hours are from 8am to 10pm.
