There’s a huge selection of dumbbells (up to 75 lbs/34 kgs), a fair selection of kettlebells and a couple of adjustable benches (including the decline option) to work with.

There’s a cable machine and machines for chest presses, leg extensions, leg curls, seated leg presses, seated rows and lat pull-downs.

There’s also a huge cardio area with treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes, spinning bikes and rowing machines.

Accessories include slam balls, exercise balls, exercise mats and boxes for box jumps.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm.

The hotel gym is very clean and all the equipment was in perfect condition.

There’s a hot tub and an indoor pool too. I’d have preferred the pool to be outside though.
