Dumbbells range from 5 to 60 lbs/2 to 27 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches including the decline option.
There’s also a multi-gym in the corner making it possible to do leg extensions, biceps curls, chest presses, etc.
All new high-quality machines.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two Peloton bikes, three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
Accessories include exercise mats and exercise balls.

The hotel gym is new, clean and bright and spacious enough to get a good workout in.
They have Peloton bikes which I’m always a fan of.
Air quality is great – it’s crisp and cool.
There’s also an indoor pool, if you are a swimmer.
I was positively surprised by the fancy Frette hotel gym towels! Nice!
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! The hotel is a great wedding venue, but the hotel gym I’d stay here for.
