In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two solid cross-trainers as well as treadmills.
As for weight-based machines, the hotel gym offers a shoulder press machine, chest press machine and a lateral pull-down machine. There’s also a Smith machine, different barbells and a fair range of weight plates as well as a cable machine. However, the number of different handles for the cable machine is somewhat limited.
In terms of dumbbells, these go up to 44 lbs/20kgs.
Unlike most other hotel gyms, there was also a fair selection of sandbags.

The hotel gym is open 24/7. However, you might need to pick up the key at the reception if you go (very) early in the morning.
